RENTAL POLICIES

RESERVATIONS

Reservations are accepted for a fee of $50.00. This reservation fee is your assurance that the item you desire will be available when you want it at the price of the invoice. Reservation fee is applied towards the total cost of the rental.  Reservation fees are non-refundable. Estimates are honored for 3 days. Cancellation of any rental items under a reservation must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled beginning of the rental period to avoid the cancellation fee. For cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled beginning of the rental period, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total rental invoice will be charged. Full payment is due 7 days prior to the rental period. Payments and reservations are accepted via telephone with a credit card or check by mail. Prices are subject to change without notice.

DELIVERY or PICK-UP

Delivery or pick-up service is available for a fee of a $1.25 per mile. Our delivery is to the ground floor level within a reasonable distance of the loading area. The renter on the invoice, or the designee as noted in the invoice notes must be present at the time of delivery and acceptance.  All items are stacked in a mutually convenient location. All equipment should be re-stacked and/or cleaned and packed in containers provided for pick-up at the invoiced pick up time to avoid additional charges. A fee is charged for delivery and pick-up beyond ground level and for failure to return items in the original packaging materials at the agreed upon time as noted on your invoice. If pickup or delivery is required after 6:00 p.m. an additional $25 fee is assessed. Since social events usually occur on weekends, we are available on weekends at the same rate. We offer setup or take down labor for an additional charge.
At this time, we do not ship.

   

SECURITY/DAMAGE

Responsibility for the equipment remains with the renter from time of receipt to time of return. Equipment must be protected from damage, disappearance and weather while in your possession."Total Loss" means any loss or damage that is not repairable or that would cost more to repair than the market value of the item. Please do not launder linens, this service is included in your invoice. Linens should be shaken free of food and decoration remnants. Please do not fold soiled linens as this causes mildew. Permanent damage is a rare occurrence. Damages such as cigarette burns, wax, red wine or colored fruit juice stains mixed with food can be ingredients that constitute a total loss and you will be charged the replacement cost of the item which may include express shipping. Damage payment is due within 10 days of the event date.
